There is no way to measure the direct impact, other than Process Lasso's one-of-a-kind and surprisingly accurate PC responsiveness metric. Even then, it is difficult. The LOG will show you what has gone on though, and each process has a column dedicated to showing how many times it was restrained by ProBalance.
